Write House Arts & Press seeks evocative literary voices and visionaries. We are currently open for submissions in poetry, short fiction, and visual art that explores the intersections of memory, landscape, and the contemplative life. We value craftsmanship, quiet intensity, and experimental forms that push the boundaries of traditional editorial standards.
Our AI Policy
We do not publish AI-generated poetry, prose, or visual art unless AI is used in the artists' work in an experimental, exploratory, or ironic way.
Some works use AI in a way that earnestly explores the relationships between artificial intelligence and humanity, in the context of existence, trauma, and identity. We will consider art that crosses this boundary.

Poetry: Submit up to 3 poems per submission.
Fiction: Submit up to 1 fictional short story per submission.
Visual Art: Submit up to 5 pieces of digital artwork per submission.

When will I hear back?
Our editorial team typically responds within 4 to 6 weeks. If you haven't heard from us after two months, feel free to send a polite follow-up inquiry.
What rights do you retain?
We ask for First North American Serial Rights to publish your work. Following publication, all rights revert back to the author, though we request acknowledgement if the piece is reprinted elsewhere.
Do you accept simultaneous submissions?
Yes, we do. However, we ask that you immediately notify us via email if your work is accepted for publication elsewhere.
